ROME
- Each participant’s matriculation, the opening session of 18 November and the closing session of 21 November will take place in the:

- Separate sessions (schools/universities) on 19 and 20 November will take place in the:
Centro Mariapoli - Via S. Giovanni Battista De La Salle, Castel Gandolfo
- The OIEC General Assembly on 19 and 20 November will take place in the:

INSCRIPTION TO THE CONGRESS
Inscriptions open until 30 September 2015.
At the same time as the Congress “Educating Today and Tomorrow: A Renewing Passion”, the general assembly of the International Office for Catholic Teaching (OIEC) will also be taking place.
Those taking part in the OIEC assembly must inscribe in the appropriate section, which can be reached via this link:
Inscription to the OIEC assembly
Inscribing for the OIEC assembly automatically allows you to participate in the plenary sessions of the Congress: i.e. the opening session of Wednesday 18 November and the closing session of Saturday 21 November. It is therefore unnecessary to inscribe twice.
On Thursday 19 November and Friday 20 November, those taking part in the OIEC assembly will follow their own timetable, with the sessions taking place at the Auditorium Conciliazione in Rome.
PARTICIPATION COSTS
300 EURO
This includes:
- Contribution to the general costs of the Congress (translation services, use of the locations, general services).
- Each participant’s kit (bag, printed matter, accessories).
- Coffee breaks and lunch on 19-20 November.
- Transport (only for those staying in the hotels organized by Re-travel).
The costs do not include accommodation expenses.
For countries outside the European Union, please add all amount of bank charges.

BOOKING ACCOMMODATION
The above-mentioned costs for participating at the Congress do not include accommodation.
Each participant must organize his/her own accommodation.
